         [NOTE: CCEF was a non-profit, tax-exempt think tank that identified problem areas in the criminal justice system and proposed constitutionally sound, common sense solutions.
         CCFoA was a non-profit entity that worked hand-in-hand with CCEF. CCFoA sponsored a number of pieces of proposed legislation. This included AB 264, which Brhel personally wrote.
         AB 264 amended California Health & Safety Code section 11590 and closed a major hole in drug offender registration.]
